I am the author of ZURB Foundation Blueprints (Packt) and I care deeply about creating sites and apps that have a great UX. Today, performance is a critical component of good UX and one of the key components to user engagement.
This book assumes no knowledge of Front End Optimization techniques and introduces each concept. If you are a seasoned pro, you can read up on how to specially optimize the framework in a variety of situations and also take a look at my use cases.
About the Author
James Stone is the author of ZURB Foundation Blueprints and is a top contributor to ZURB Foundation. James has spoken at the HTML5 Developers Conference, TEDxPSU and the UMD Design | Cultures + Creativity Honors College. He holds an MFA in Studio Art and served as a University Fellow and Instructor at the School of Visual Arts at Penn State. Stone posts screencasts and tutorials from his blog regularly where he hopes to demystify the techniques of modern web development at jamesstone.co
