About the Book
Our organizations and teams constantly accumulating emotional debt. This debt arises from unresolved feelings around significant transitions like reorganizations, departures (voluntary or involuntary), and other disruptive events. It can manifest as burnout, low morale, or difficulty collaborating effectively.
This workshop provides a space to address these challenges head-on. By creating a safe haven for reflection and shared experience, we can help teams process their emotional baggage and emerge stronger and more connected.
At the heart of this workshop lie the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and a Liberating Structure in development called Griefwalking. NARM is a developmentally-oriented, neuroscientifically-informed approach for healing complex trauma on a personal and collective level, developed by Dr. Laurence Heller.
This workshop is ideal for teams and organizations that went through significant transitions or experienced loss. It creates a safe space to share experiences and practice forms of helping that need no immediate action but open up possibilities for a deeper connection.
About the Author
Hi, I'm Christian Hofstetter, a Leadership and Team Coach. I ignite curiosity and drive transformation with leaders and teams. With a focus on connection, purpose, and sustainability, I provide organizations with the tools and structures to foster internal change.
Starting as an engineer, I quickly discovered my passion for working with people. Since 2017, I've guided teams and organizations on agile journeys, honing my facilitation skills and empowering teams through Liberating Structures.
As a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2019, I help leaders at all levels uncover their purpose, foster self-reflection, and inspire meaningful action. I co-founded TeamBoostDay, a conference dedicated to team development, and established The Liberators Network - Swiss User Group, a dynamic community for Scrum and Liberating Structures practitioners.
To further amplify my impact, I've integrated Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) into my approach. In 2022, I also became a Certified Leadership Profile Coach, leveraging the Leadership Circle to enhance leaders' self-awareness and increase their overall impact.
