About the Book
In my mission to the British Isles, my entire world view changed. I battled with depression, and with God's help began winning the war. One of my friends back home fought the same fight, so I wrote them a letter, sharing what I'd learned since reaching the Isles. This essay is a near transcription of that letter. My prayer is that these insights will do you the same good they did me. I am so grateful for God's hand in my life and the chance I have to help other people overcome the demon that beset me.
