An International Procurement and Supply Management Consultant with almost 30 years of experience, Jorge A. Lynch T. received a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (FCIPS).
Jorge manages projects, advises government and donor officials, and provides training and capacity building in Public and Project Procurement. Jorge has worked primarily on donor-funded and development projects in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands.
He has authored several books on public procurement and is the founder of The Procurement ClassRoom, an educational platform which offers resources, courses, and articles aimed at beginners and intermediate-level procurement professionals.
