About the Book
This booklet was written as a rulebook for the Ultimate Planning Poker deck that was featured on Kickstarter in 2020. It briefly describes the history of Agile and gives a detailed explanation of how to play Planning Poker. Apart from the basic rules, this booklet gives some very useful advice on improving your planning sessions and making sure they will be fun - as the should be! Although this is definitely not a long read, it sure is a must-read!
