Clive is principal analyst at a boutique software industry analyst firm, where he is responsible for UX research. Prior to that Clive co-founded Howard Baines, a London-based UX consultancy, with Jeremy Baines. Howard Baines’ UX Lifecycle approach helped organisations ranging from startups to enterprises realise measurable business value through UX. Clive started his career as a web developer working for one of London’s first web agencies. There he developed an appreciation for the importance of design and usability to the success of technology projects. Clive has written extensively on UX and other technology areas in a variety of publications and has appeared at leading industry events.
