I have had my own company and developed the process of doing so over the years.
So it was a very exciting time when I decided to come up with my own ideas, following on from the success of my previous businesses.I have always felt there was a gap in the market for the outsourcing of work.
Of course, this is not just about outsourcing, you need to have the right management and skills for the task.
For over 15 years I have worked as an independent consultant in various companies, helping to establish interaction between people within the team. The list is extensive, here are some of them: APhA, PRS, AjantaProducts, Cipla, Independent RX Consulting.
In my previous business, I developed a system of the adaptation of the ability to enhance individuals' skills which I termed 'The Puzzle'.
I developed a set of puzzles for measuring and developing individuals' communication skills and leadership effectiveness.
This is a very useful tool for HR and business people.
How do we ensure that someone has the right leadership skills? Do we give them the right tools or do we just expect them to be good?
This is what the puzzles are about.
It is not about just assessing an individual but it is about seeing how they could be most effective to achieve their tasks and deliver their success.
When you have mastered their tasks, they will be ready for other challenges, when they have mastered those, they will become able to lead others.
They will have developed the management and leadership skills that will enable them to work effectively within a team.

There was a definite gap for HR practitioners who work in other areas to use this tool to give them a global perspective.
That is exactly what I have done.
In the new business, I have developed the ability to help people become the best they can be, to develop their leadership and management skills, and also to give them a global perspective, having learned so much about the world in the past.
Now people have been doing it for years.
This time we are taking it to a different level.
Therefore, as you see, our products have been tailored to match both the employer and the employee.
