Roy Williams, a former Assistant Editor and editorial systems manager of the UK’s biggest selling evening newspaper, the Express & Star in Wolverhampton. After a 30-year career in journalism, in which he also served as a sportswriter, TV Editor and Features Editor of the Shropshire Star, spent time as a reporter for BBC Radio Shropshire and as a freelance sports journalist, Roy left for a spell in Public Relations before starting RCWMedia. Since 2008 he has acted as Editorial Consultant to a project designing, building and implementing a ground-breaking digital content management and publishing system for the media industry as well as providing marketing and PR services for the software’s developers, PCS (Press Computer Systems Ltd) as well as providing general PR and marketing services for a number of other clients in the UK and Europe.
