About the Book
As described by John Gall A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked. Software evolves, business requirements, architectural styles and customer needs leads to have a more robust but complex application than it was before. As a system evolves and gets more distribuited, complexity grows exponentially.
In this book, I will try to share my experience troubleshooting both simple and complex Software applications and I will bring a set of tools that I've found useful so we can make easy the process of troubleshooting.
Ideally we should not have issues in a producton environment, but there are several components that play a special role in the Software Development, I'm talking to infraestructure and Networking, and most of the time Software Developers are not experts in this topics and it leads to make more difficult address problems timely effective.

Michael Hidalgo is a Software Developer Engineer based on San José, Costa Rica. He has been building Software for the Financial industry during the last 5 years.
