About the Book
Businesses run On Applications. And for organizations to build and manage these software applications, DEVELOPERS are The most important part, and backbone of the software development and delivery lifecycle.
This book is all about my story. How i started my programming career like most of you, doing C programming on a Unix terminal, and how i learned all these 17 years to become a better developer or for the sake of this book, a "Rockstar Developer". No one gave this title to me, i assumed this. I'm confident that i can live up to that. Although, not a perfect programmer, but for sure an Expert. I'm still learning, everyday, and this is the part of my job i enjoy and so passionate about. Technology changes so rapidly that if we do not catch up, soon, we will be obsolete. This is just the nature of software developer jobs. And of course, in every job will have a learning curve and every one of us, not matter what profession we are working in, must keep learning always.
With this book, i wanted to help, teach and preach developers to learn the right strategies and how they can improve their skills to excel in their careers, be confident, become Better developers, if not Rockstars in their Company, Community and for their Country.
