In a dystopian mid-21st century, a digital unit of cyber researchers called "The Bloodhounds" are employed by the Party nationwide to track down fugitives on the run.
This unit specializes in using digital information across the globe to identify and locate the most advanced criminals, even using artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict the fugitives next moves.
Kevin was the one of the best digital bloodhounds the government had. But one day, after stumbling on information he wasn't supposed to find, Kevin found himself becoming the hunted.
What started out as an effort to avoid capture, turned into one man's quest to change things for the better for the outcasts of society.

While still early in development, the world building of this dystopian setting already feels uncanny and a possible timeline.
Due to it's grounded nature, it makes fantasy more of an alternate history horror of what could be. Having a similar vibe to "Brazil" and "1984," there is a lot of potential in what comes next in both character development and plot. Will be looking forward to the next segment to see how our main character grows; events have certainly forced growth against their will and perhaps that is another reason for being relatable and engagement for the reader.
