About the Book

Zoe Goodwin lived a rather normal life right up until her death. Drowning was a rather unpleasant experience, but it was nothing compared to the afterlife. Or rather, the In Between. Finding that she is only mostly dead, her spirit sticking around, she is forced to find an energy source or she'll die for real. And no one wants to die. Teaming up with Louisa and Gareth, young mediums - or witches, she enters the dreamscape and begins her search for the perfect source. 

Will she feed on joy or sadness? Fear or love? Will she be a reaper? Or a muse. These are the questions she must answer, and quickly. For time is running out, and she does not want to fade away. 

Her search for a source leads her to one other shocking discovery: people are dying, and they are dying early. Who is behind this and how can they be stopped? She wants to help, but first she must stay alive. Or... somewhat alive.

Oh hey! Didn't see you there. Who am I? I'm the author of course! Oh wait... you meant who am I outside of this. Riiight, my bad. I am a recent college grad from a totaly awesome school that will remain unnamed, and I have an adorable dog who is also named Colby. This year I was coerced into participating in nanowrimo which is why I am now here... writing this totally awesome book.
