About the Book
After 11+ years working as a software engineer, sharing teams with lots of different people, diverse environments, languages and cultures, I realized that the most important learnings I got from it are related to soft skills and awareness. Anything else is good to have, but secondary.
On top of this, I've discovered that there a lots of things that people usually does not pay much attention to in their day to day jobs, but I find them absolutely essential to keep and promote a healthy work environment. I honestly think that raising our hands on those topics and making people more aware can help them to become better teammates, but over that, better persons.
That is why I decided to write this book, and I hope you enjoy it.
