About the Book
The year is 2166; it's been 30 years since Project Canvas was first implemented into the public of the United States of America. The Americans are living, blissfully ignorant, in an egalitarian communist society where everyone is equal in every aspect--to a fault. Citizen #39514Sci is an eighteen-year-old girl, just trying to make her way in the world, studying to be a scientist as is her assigned career. But then she meets Dieter, the boy with a name, and her whole world is turned upside-down.
