About the Book
The purpose of this book is to present the LHBF Form of Mr. Sun Di and Mr Moy Linshin for the first time in writing, including detailed descriptions and pictures of every movement of the Main LHBF form (Zhu Ji, Building the Foundations).
Prior to this book, only videos were available and there was no documentation as to where each movement starts and ends.
Mr. Liang Zhipeng, Mr. Sun Di or Mr. Moy Linshin have not provided written material to explain where the movements start and end so there's been some confusion in Mr. Moy Linshin students as to when each movement starts.
Part of the exercise of writing this book is to make sure that the start and end of each movement is very clear and that movements are understood to be the same everywhere.
So hopefully if this book can help with that that would be something very interesting.
