About the Book
This book contains almost 100 pages of learnings from over 30 years of helping teams in the worlds of Agile & DevOps. It will highlight what you should pay attention to, when training is a good idea, and when getting a coach involved will help you get to that next level. It is by no means the only way of doing Agile or DevOps. It is also not the best way. It is simply our combined experiences of what seems to work,when we focus on certain elements.
This handbook is intended to be a simple guide that each of us can refer to on our Agile and DevOps journeys, in addition to training services and hands-on work with coaches.
It is published and accessed electronically, so that in the spirit of Agile & DevOps we can continuously update it with new insights and feedback (and save the environment!).
About the Authors
My passion for agile is lived daily at Growing Agile. My personal motto is ‘be brave’, and I embody this by taking on challenges one small step at a time. On weekends you can find me planting on the farm, building things or playing with my fur children.
Spending most of my carer developing software, mentoring and improving value to customers, I have developed a passion for helping software delivery teams win.
When I am not busy improving delivery, you will likely find me playing a board-game with my family, exploring mountain trails or developing software.
