I've always been interested in understanding how people think and what makes them act in a way they act. That determined my professional career and a choice to be a change agent, an organisational development consultant, an Agile coach. I've been teaching, providing consultancy and coaching services for more than 10 years.

I live and work in Singapore, helping enterprises to become learning organisations and outcompete their rivals.
