About the Book
The purpose of this book is to present the Hybrid Yiquan/Xingyiquan Za Shi Chui Routine of Master Sun Di for the first time in writing, with detailed descriptions and pictures of every movement of the routine.
The lineage is documented, showing the long line of practitioners we join when learning this wonderful art.
To facilitate the reader's practise, the text presents the principles of Xingyiquan, which govern the execution of every movement and the Standing Meditation Postures from the Xingyiquan tradition are also explained with pictures and key pointers.

About the Author
Olivier Perron has trained in internal martial arts and meditation since the age of 18, in September 1993 with Taiji, Zhan Zhuang and Taoist Meditation. He followed the teachings of master Moy until his passing in 1998, and then continued to train with one of his senior students, Philippe Gagnon.
Olivier started Liuhebafaquan in January 1994 under Philippe Gagnon.
Olivier started Xingyiquan in 1996.
In addition to this, Olivier explored the sources of several internal arts taught by Master Moy LinShin.
For example, he studied Hebei Xingyiquan with master Yang Hai between 2005 and 2006.
Several years later, after starting to study Yiquan from Emmanuel Agletiner (France), he undertakes with Philippe and Hubert Gagnon an in-depth study of the Xingyi form of master Sun Di, which has lead them to a new interpretation of this art. Since 2015, Olivier has also developed an interest in Baguazhang, and has studied with Marc Begin in Ontario.
Olivier started teaching Tai Chi in September 1994.
He started teaching other arts such as meditation, Xingyiquan, Yiquan, Xingyiquan and Baguazhang.
Olivier practices and teaches in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
He has completed university studies in Computer Science and works as a Consulting IT project manager with the Government of Canada.
