With a decade of experience in software engineering, I have worked with a multitude of people from different backgrounds and experienced a variety of team dynamics. My colleagues, including my bosses, have always enjoyed working with me because of my positive attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo and challenge others to achieve ever greater accomplishments. I have learned that hard technical skills are only one part of the equation and that the softer skills are an immensely powerful compliment that is not always given the attention it deserves. I have a great interest in technology, continuous improvement, career development, and organization behavior and development. Living in New England in the United States, I enjoy playing all sorts of video games.
