About the Book
This success story is about how, over a period of 8 years, we’ve integrated an APM platform into the daily work of QA, Ops and Dev. As several teams played a fundamental part here, I’d like to outline the various team roles, and then briefly describe some best practices and lessons learned.
About the Author
Josef is a Performance and Application Security Architect. He owns a Masters degree in IT Reliability and a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering. For the last 18 years he has been working for businesses in retail, telecommunications, insurance, airline and financial services industries. Josef has developed test automation frameworks, transformed development chains towards performance and security and closed gaps in monitoring chains.
