Joe Lennon is a mobile and Web applications developer from Cork, Ireland. Joe is Head of Technology for Core International, one of Europe's leading enterprise HR software companies. He is the author of Beginning CouchDB, the first book published on the popular NoSQL database system, and is a co-author on HTML5 in Action, an example-driven book on HTML5, one of the most hyped topics in Web development at present. Joe has also published dozens of articles and tutorials on IBM developerWorks, Safari Books Online's blog and in Smart Developer magazine.
