This book is for people who are interested in using free educational resources in schools, colleges and universities globally, and anywhere else it might be useful where there's little or no access to the rich resources on the Internet. It's centred on the RACHEL project http://worldpossible.org/rachel/ which was started and is maintained by various volunteers on several continents. In turn it's based on the work of many others.
