About the Book
Take Your Procurement Knowledge Further
If you're looking for a clear, structured, and practical introduction to public procurement, this Second Edition of Public Procurement: Principles, Categories, and Methods is written for you.
Building on the original edition—previously offered free and downloaded over 700 times—this updated version features:

- Clearer distinctions between procurement methods and solicitation tools,
- And newly added reflection questions to help reinforce learning and real-world application.
To deepen your learning experience, readers of this book can also use the Public Procurement Basics GPT—an AI-powered tool I developed based on two of my other titles. It responds to specific procurement questions and complements the book’s content with interactive, practical support.
