Principal consultant at Thoughtworks Brazil and co-founder of AgileBrazil,  Paulo Caroli has over twenty years of experience in software development, passing in various corporations in Brazil, India, USA and Latin America. In 2000, he met the Extreme Programming and since then has focused its expertise in processes and practices of Agile & Lean. He joined ThoughtWorks in 2006 and held the positions of Agile Coach, Trainer and Project Manager. He received a Bachelor of Computer Science and MS in Software Engineering, both from PUC–Rio.

Paulo Caroli is a man who is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital products. He is a software engineer, an author, an editor, a speaker and a successful facilitator.

Katja is a product engineer at ThoughtWorks and has been involved in customer solution development over the last 15 years. Working mainly for enterprise organisations in a global context. As an IT consultant she helped organisations throughout Germany, UK and the US as a Business Analyst to get things to the user.

She gets excited when she can help traditional organisations on their journey into the digital world driven by technology. She is rarely willing to compromise on losing focus in creating value for her clients and the users.

Katja holds a degree as an engineer in technical computer sciences and medical information systems.

Katja ist Produktingenieurin bei ThoughtWorks mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Individualsoftwareentwicklung vorwiegend in globalen Konzernen. Als IT-Beraterin war sie für Unternehmen in Deutschland, England und den USA als Business Analystin und "getting-things-to-the-user"-Master unterwegs.

Katjas große Leidenschaft besteht darin, durch technische Innovation gerade auch traditionelle Unternehmen in die digitale Welt zu führen mit kompromisslosem Fokus auf Mehrwert für den Kunden und die Endanwender.

Katja ist Diplom-Ingenieurin der Technischen Informatik, Furtwangen und Diplominformatikerin der Medizinischen Informatik, Heidelberg.
