Will Kriski, M.Sc., aka Potato Strong lost 35 lbs eating a low fat, no oil plant-based diet adhering to The Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall all while sitting on his butt like most software developers. After experimentation and lots of Googling, Will came up with a variety of simple, quick, tasty comfort food meals that filled him up while dropping the extra pounds. So he decided to share these recipes with the world.
Will was so excited when he discovered that the potato was not only healthy, but incredibly filling and tasty leading to dramatic fat loss with ease.
