About the Book
Mickey's girlfriend Maggie practically makes his dreams come true when she gets him the best birthday gift EVER; A pre-paid pre-college summer arts program. However, when Mickey gets to his dream, things start to go a little... wrong. Weird day-dreams, long sleepless nights without tiring, tattoos randomly appearing... Oh, and the wings. You could say things are a little out of control. That is, until he meets Magenta, another student at the summer program. Soon, with Magenta's help, Mickey seeks to make sense of the meaning of everything going on, but it leads him to a world bigger than he knows. A world of light, dark, and the angels that control it.
About the Author
Mickey McAllister is a fifteen year old girl who lives in St Louis Missouri with her mother, step-dad, and three year old sister. She enjoys reading fantasy books and manga, writing, watching anime, and drawing her own manga books. She absolutely loves all sorts of crafts and is trying to convince her mother to let her own an Etsy shop. She hope to have her own series out soon and is eager to see how people react to Phoenix Reborn first.
