About the Author
Since 2007 Paulo Caroli has deepen his knowledge on Lean, Kanban, ToC, Replenishment, and Visual Mnagement. With more than two decades, he has worked for several software corporations: research labs, Silicon Valley start-ups, large companies and software consultancies. Over the years, he realized how much he focused on flow improvements for coaching and influencing high performing teams (collocated and offshore) in the delivery of custom technology solutions across a wide range of industries. He is currently sharing his learning’s on talks, workshops, blog and books.
