I'm a business consultant dedicated to Digital Products Development with Agile and Scrum at Alaimo Labs.
For over 15 years, I've accompanied companies and professionals on their transformation journey towards agility to create digital strategies and mind-blowing products.
I'm one of the few experts who hold the highest certifications in the industry in both Agile Practices and Professional Coaching. Since 2009 I have had the fortune to train more than 6,000 professionals and to publish five books about the benefits of Agility, Scrum, and Coaching in digital innovation.
Here you can find nine quick things about me:
1. I believe in professional certifications —the more complex and challenging to achieve, the better. I am a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) by the Scrum Alliance, and a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
2. I sometimes can be weird. In 1996 with less than 20 years, I founded a web development agency when it was extraordinary for the industry.
3. I lived in my flesh that youth does not buy health. I had the joy of being a manager of a multinational company and was hospitalized due to stress.
4. But I also found that unity is strength. In 2009 I founded Kleer with incredible professionals to drive agility in business and a more humane world of work.
5. And I'm not afraid to push the limits. Ten years later, I hit the reset button again to focus 100% on agile creators who never cease to amaze me.
6. I believe in certifications, but I believe more in the power of listening. You need to bring the voice of customers to the creation process. Listening on time increases user satisfaction, saves time, and increases profitability.
7. Digital transformation drives me. Digital products are not final; they are alive. And I have seen how far human creativity can solve everyday needs such as buying something or sharing information.
8. I admit I don't know everything, even if it's #socially wrong. If we start from the fact that we don't know, we learn faster and do better things.
9. I love discussing ideas and learning. I enjoy presenting and facilitating conference sessions on Agility and Scrum.
