About the Book
As a bastard son of the Dragon King on Magic Moon, Joe had no status nor magical power. He’d been cast out of the palace at birth with only Doodle, a cat, as his sole companion; his sister Jasmine was the only person in his family who cared about him. He became even more lonely when Jasmine eloped down to Earth with her guard Bruce and built a happy family there.
It would be the Dragon King’s birthday soon. Jasmine couple had no choice but to attend the party in order to keep their life on Earth a secret. She asked Joe to take care of her daughters, 7-year-old Wendy and 14-year-old Elena, during the party that would last a day on the Moon but a year on Earth—one Moon day was equivalent to a whole Earth year. Joe reluctantly agreed to do it with the hidden purpose of giving the Moon Goddess, Ivory, the opportunity of persuading Jasmine to move back to the Moon.
Joe arrived on Earth with Doodle, clueless how to get along with his nieces. He frequently got into fight with them and almost turned Elena into a statue with the magic wand he received from the Goddess. At the same time, he became friends with Wendy’s teacher, Ariana, and fell in love with her. Caught in the plot of the person he trusted and the complications brought by his relationship with a human woman, he had to learn what was true love so as to make the right decisions before his mission on Earth was finished.
