About the Book
Kubernetes is a recent platform, based on more than ten years of experience in cloud computing by big companies like Google. It is considered complex as it includes all the concepts to run diverse applications in a large variety of environments.
This book, based on the curricula of the two Kubernetes Certifications (Application Developer and Administrator), introduces all the concepts and tools necessary to start administer a Kubernetes cluster and deploy applications in production.

Administrators and application developers having a good knowledge in microservices development and deployment will get the necessary knowledge to deploy the application they have in charge to Kubernetes.
According to a survey conducted by the CNCF in 2018, 58% of respondents are using Kubernetes in production, while 42% are evaluating it for future use. In comparison, 40% of enterprise companies (5000+) are running Kubernetes in production.
