About the Author
I'm Teodora, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the software industry. My journey began as a developer, and I've held various roles throughout my career including a broad expertise in project management and Agile.
Over the last five years, I've transitioned into conducting training sessions and working as an external consultant for a diverse range of software development companies. This journey has broadened my perspective and allowed me to gather best practices from various industry players.
Throughout these years, I've delivered numerous workshops and training classes on Agile, some aimed at certification, and others tailored to address specific organizational needs. In my workshops I always strive to adopt an interactive approach that emphasizes hands-on learning. I actively involve participants in activities based on real-life scenarios, boosting their confidence and enhancing their ability to apply what they've learned effectively. Sometimes I was able to do this more successfully than at other times, and gradually I arrived at the obvious truth: better preparation leads to better results. That's where my mission comes in - to support your training endeavors with ready-to-use designs for delivering engaging workshops and training classes so that you are better prepared.
I started the "Teach Agile" series because I understand that preparing for workshops often demands more effort than the actual delivery. For every one-hour training session, I spend almost a whole day designing it: thinking about learning outcomes, designing different activities, generating ideas, and preparing slides. It's a lot of work and brainstorming, and I've decided to share the results with you. If you're an Agile trainer, these books will be a priceless resource. You'll receive ready-to-use content materials developed based on accelerated learning principles to deliver engaging workshops and training classes.
But even if you're not a professional Agile trainer, you'll still find value here. If you're a Scrum Master or an Agile coach, part of your responsibility is educating your team and organization about Agile principles, practices, tools, and techniques. Many companies organize internal courses where colleagues teach one another. This is a fantastic opportunity for you, and my insights and materials can be your guiding light in this endeavor.
Thank you for choosing me as your guide to mastering Agile training. I appreciate your support and trust in my books.
