This book is a twenty three chapter guide for parents, guardians and carers. Everything you need to know to help a child succeed with their martial arts training.

Find the right martial arts school, keep your child motivated. Help them become a more confident individual, while getting the most out of their training.

I wrote this book based on things I've talked about with the hundreds of parents whose children I have taught over the last fifteen years, as well as conversations with other professionals in the martial arts industry and of course my own personal experience.

Hi I'm Lee Price, a British martial artist and coach. I've training in various martial art styles for twenty three years, and teaching for sixteen.

I love to coach people of all ages and abilities, I have a great passion to help people improve their lives with martial arts. I believe that all of society benefits when individuals cultivate self-respect, self-discipline, and a healthy way of being.

I run the YouTube channel Mixed Martial Help and currently coach in Glossop, England.
