About the Book
Gutenberg is the codename for the new WordPress editor that is coming in WordPress 5.0.
It will give the users a new way of writing content by using blocks. This book will get you started so you can also build your own custom blocks, make your plugins compatible with Gutenberg through blocks.
Learn how to update your own plugins with blocks and prepare them for Gutenberg. In this book you will also find a setup that you can use to start building blocks immediately.
Most of the code in this book will be JavaScript and most of JavaScript will be written in Modern JavaScript.
