This book will contain over ten guided meditation scripts that you can use as an individual or with a group of friends. I encourage you to use them to release stress, anxiety and negativity. There will be other tools in the book as well to help reduce the impact of negative stress and trauma as well offering further insight into what they are.
The book does not replace professional help. If you are struggling, please seek a counselor or therapist to help. This book is meant to be a support.
This book is editted by Rosemary Rivera, licensed massage therapist. Rosemary has years of experience helping people heal through massage therapy.
About the Author
Angela Hunt has a pending Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Graduate Certification in Trauma Counseling through the University of Buffalo and over ten years of experience working in mental health. Angela travels as a storyteller and offers meditation groups and support through donations as she goes. Stress release and healing are important for everyone to have the tools to deal with.
