About the Author
Ksenia Lights is the author of the book "Guidebook to Managing feelings: 7 steps of true love" She was born in a small Siberian town in Russia.
After graduating from the law faculty of Tyumen State University, she worked at a well-known law firm.
Later, she moved to Moscow, joined a business training company, and led a successful project. It was then time for her to pursue her dreams as an entrepreneur. Upon returning to her hometown, she fulfilled her dream of opening her own restaurant. However, due to the pandemic, the business had to close.
This became a significant test. Nevertheless, Ksenia found the strength to seek inner harmony in Bali. She became passionate about spiritual practices, traveled, engaged in self-education, and creative pursuits.
All the transformations, feelings, and emotions she experienced inspired Ksenia to share her valuable experience. She analyzed her own life journey and wrote a book on how to constructively work with one's feelings and achieve inner stability.
