Having many friend in the IT industry trying hard to find themselves a matching counterpart lead me to the idea of writing them a short manual in a way they can understand - in an algorithmic way. Later, the topic became more complex than I originally anticipated and it turned out to be the whole book.

Smart people rarely follow rules without a good reason. On the market, I was missing a book that would explain the reasons why and provided relevant exercises. All the pieces of the puzzle need to fit together. No dumb ideas like "If you want to date with a doctor go eat to a canteen nearby a hospital". I want the ideas to be supported by studies, numbers, hard data, soft skills, psychology - simply the complete mixture. It questions your morale values, basic life principles, social integration and more.
