Your workbook was well received. There are many people my age who would find this helpful. I found it to be relatable and helpful to me. A lot of the practices such as positive affirmation is one that I’ve found helpful.The information that was presented could be used to help with many problems that one encounters on the daily basis and I believe that as long as one does at least 2 of things mentioned, they can improve their lives to a greater extent.

I worked with at risk youth and grew up heavily involved in the YMCA in Chicago.The work contained in this book could be the most valuable curriculum that a student interacts with.The ability to intercept stress before it gets lodged in the body, being able to identify our true emotions and the courage to stand for who andWith bullying, teen suicide, depression,and drug use, a curriculum such as this could save countless lives and millions of dollars and have a huge impact on future generations.

I am a junior high school student and can say with confidence that this is what today's adolescents need to be informed of because of today's ever changing social and educational obstacles that are placed among us. Reading this and hearing my surrounding peers going on about not enough sleep, always being tired of school, or too many days that aren't going better than they could be, I feel this is what today's adolescents need to be informed of.

It is really important to introduce young people to the power of self reflection and the power of positive thought. Your workbook introduces them to a background on how they can rewire their thinking and reframe negative thinking. It’s a great opportunity for discussion and self growth for students.
