About the Book
Eadyn had her grand adventure and married the celebrated hero. With the first interstellar war over, she retired from the military and supported her husband in his campaign for governor of Earth. Her conviction faltered as she watched her husband pander, leaving her to wonder if she had made the right choice. When she confronted him about his behavior, he lashed out threatening ruin her career, livelihood and reputation.
Tavian had pursued Eadyn with every ounce of his being but she chose the dashing soldier turned politician. He returned to his war torn planet and began a revolution for reform. Only a chance encounter at a fundraiser brought her back into his life, neglected and depressed from mistreatment by her husband. His love for her had never wavered and now he had to win her heart again all while protecting her from her husband’s rage.
Would Eadyn stick to her convictions and uphold the promises she made on her wedding day or allow love in her heart and dash away with Tavian? Would Tavian dare another war for a chance to be with Eadyn?
