About the Book
Donuts and Dragons is an easy way to learn Scrum practices and see them applied in a business context. If you're sick of reading dry articles or blogs or want to see how a team applies techniques to their daily work then it's time to follow Megan on her quest.
In this book I discuss Product Goals, Sprint Goals, Definitions of Done, Scrum Events, and Estimation. Using the fictional team as an example, they make mistakes and learn from them as they continue to evolve towards best practice.
Donuts and Dragons has been my project throughout 2021. This has been a personal project, I don't have a professional publisher or editor so I'm sure there are some loose ends and typos. Please do get in touch with any feedback or ideas you have.
