About the Book
This book is about agency— our power to act. Or not.
Dollars to Doughnuts confronts one of the most urgent questions of our day: What can we do now to leave our children and theirs a habitable Earth?
Inspired by economist Kate Raworth's "doughnut" model of sustainable development, it asks: What must change for humanity to flourish within the safe space between basic human needs and the outer limits of nature's bounty?
Dollars to Doughnuts offers ideas and resources to help us navigate the thorny maze from here-and-now to well-being and abundance for generations to come.
This book is about urgency-- if we don't act, what then?
