About the Book
Data analysis is the process of converting data into useful information. This book introduces data analysis applied to NBA daily fantasy sports (DFS) using the R programming language. You will learn how to wrangle and visualize data, build and test prediction models, and collect and import data from web-based sources. This book assumes you have some experience working with data using a tool like Excel, but have no experience programming. I wrote it for people who enjoy playing DFS and want to learn data analysis but may be intimidated by the applications typically taught in textbooks.
This book is still in-progress and more chapters will be added in the upcoming months.
