What format is the course in?

- The course is a text based PDF workbook. There is a workbook and cheat sheets at the end of the document for you to print.

Is the course membership based?

- No, you simply pay for the course, download the PDF and access is yours. There are no recurring fees.

How quickly will I become an effective communicator?

- That all depends on how much practice you are going to put in. Good communication is merely behaviours and only you can change your behaviours. The information and advice I offer needs putting into practice. Slowly and surely.

Why a text based course when you put out regular YouTube videos?

- The answer is simple. When I look back to all of the online courses I've sat with videos, I merely wanted the information in text. I wanted to read it and digest it more quickly through text and revisit various parts of it. You can keep revisiting this document, and re-reading and practicing.

- Textual lessons are less overwhelming and you can work through them at your own pace. Text based courses, like this one, are richer in detail and easier to share with you. Some of the lessons will be longer than others. I encourage you to work at your own pace.
