About the Book
Clarity Cards help companies and organizations formulate statements about what is important for them. The statements will give autonomous teams clarity on direction and help them align with the company’s interests. This is not an actual book, but a print-it-yourself deck of cards.
The Clarity Cards contains for sets of cards. They adress different questions such as:
- Our Offer - How do we want to be perceived by our users and customers?
- Business Needs - What focus is important for us�in order to stay healthy in business?
- Culture & Behaviours - What behaviors should be rewarded?
- Team Needs - To bring more value (to the org/company) we as a team need ...
