About the Author
Paul Brainard Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne. Fresh out of school, Paul landed his first job as the plant controller for a manufacturing company. Within no time he was a key contributor to the financial turnaround of the company. On his own, he studied the relationship between management actions and profitability, learning how to distinguish between the types of activities that increase productivity and the types of actions that harm productivity. Over the next 2 decades Paul honed these skills and developed an innovative program to rapidly improve business profitability by re-defining leadership and empowering workers. He designed it so anyone could follow the simple procedures and produce impressive outcomes. He calls it CHITA, because it rapidly delivers results. He recently left his day job to become a consultant for value-adding businesses large and small. He also began teaching his system to students at the University of La Verne and conducting management seminars. Today Paul’s CHITA business development program gives rise to an invaluable opportunity for organizations because of its simple yet highly effective approach to rapid organization improvement. As a free online resource for managers, it is a convenient tool that makes it easy for business leaders to transform organizations with confidence. Paul lives an active family life with his wife and two sons. He is also very active in helping abused children and with his church.
