At the time of this writing, Shashank Vimal is Senior Manager in Samsung Semiconductor India Research Pvt. Ltd. He received his MTech. degree in Software Systems, BITS pilani; earning a specialization in embedded and real time systems, in 2018. He received his B.E. degree from Oriental Institute of Science & Technology in Electronics & Communication stream, in the year 2007.

He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services and was a developer in smartcard and UICC firmware development team.

He has served top notch semiconductor companies like Samsung, Broadcom, NXP, Toshiba and Western Digital.

Shashank has spent nearly a decade working on ARM based platform (ranging from ARM7TDMI to Cortex A55) and is a certified ARM accredited engineer.

He believes that learning is a continuous process and most essential part of a problem solver's life.

His tenet lies in simplifying subject matter till the obvious surfaces out and carries an intent to create original piece of work as far as possible.
