About the Author
Deidre Fredericks, born in South Africa, is the founder of D-Life Health and Wellness Retreat on Xishan Island, China. She is passionate about helping people through any obstacle in life. This book is inspired by her personal stories about losing her daughter and husband. As well as living in a foreign country which is not easy, however, perseverance is key as she has other two children to live for.
