During the last five years, I’ve been working with different teams trying different techniques for transforming them into high-performing sustainable agile teams.

Through curiosity I've observed how people behave when working together, what motivates greatness, and makes people feel awesome by performing better than what’s expected. I've also faced failure and learned a lot from it, and I can tell you that I've experienced how an ‘Agile’ team can build amazing products and services when proper tools are available, trust has been established, everyone has clear and shared understanding about what needs to be done and the right people are selected to help the organization with creating magic. 

This book contains a set of techniques to help you with transforming teams into high-performing sustainable agile teams by walking you through the world of team transformation looking at it from Jesus’s perspective. It was written mainly to share what I’ve learned when working with teams, the challenges that I’ve faced and how I’ve got through it; all this while using the theory of group development proposed by Bruce Tuckman: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing, as a framework.
