About the Book
After the first Galactic War, true peace became a foreign concept for Kar Arlis, a veteran turned part spy, part bounty hunter. Caught in an Alliance prison after an admittedly foolhardy retrieval mission, Kar meets an old friend from the war and faces his past. What lies ahead for Kar and is peace, both within the galaxy and in Kar's life, attainable?
"The Wounds of War" is part one of a multi-part science fiction series documenting the stories of those still reeling from the first Galactic War.
About the Author
Zachary Fetters, born in 2001, is a freelance writer and obsessor of most things science fiction: especially Star Wars and Star Trek. Introduced to the two powerhouse franchises at a young age via his father, Zach grew to love the sheer amount of details present in their respective lores and quickly took up worldbuilding in his spare time to occupy his overactive imagination. "Will of the Cosmos" is the result of the wish to convey an alien-yet-familiar galaxy still recovering from the throes of mass war and tragedy.
