It's challenging to maintain motivation solely by fixating on the end result; one must find joy in the journey itself.
Each child is unique, possessing distinct needs, and so a personalized approach tailored to their individual characteristics is necessary. Education and upbringing aren't just about textbooks and curriculum; they also include the valuable, everyday lessons life teaches us.
Where you see kids breaking and making a mess, I see education and skills forming in action.

Certainly, in our local area, there are people who may need support, and surprisingly enough, even adolescents can offer valuable and meaningful help. If we’d like to harness this facet of education, we need to keep our eyes and antennas open, actively searching for these chances for connection and support.
