About the Book
Linear PDEs of Constant Coefficients: An Applied Problems & Solutions Approach to Solving Partial Differential Equations serves as a problem solver's guide and reference book for looking up and finding mostly particular general solutions to the many various linear partial differential equations (PDEs) with constant coefficients out there.
This guide includes 1st order linear PDEs that model various mechanical physical systems and 2nd to higher (nth) order linear PDEs using only spacial variables x, y, z (no time t) that model steady state conduction of electric charges or heat transfer and more, for example. These second and higher order PDEs are elliptic. And, throughout, this book takes a Definition, then Examples approach.
So, if you are a mechanical or an electrical engineer, physicist, other scientist, applied and industrial mathematician, then you will find this reference useful and worthwhile in quickly and effectively solving linear PDEs in their daily work or research.
